By accessing and using Cooked ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. Cooked is an entertainment application designed to provide humorous commentary on your music taste.

2. Description of Service

Cooked is a web application that connects to your YouTube Music account via the YouTube Data API to analyze your listening history, playlists, and preferences. It then uses artificial intelligence to generate a comedic, exaggerated "roast" of your music taste.

The roasts generated are intended strictly for entertainment purposes and should not be taken seriously or viewed as actual personal attacks.

3. User Conduct and Account Access

To use the Service, you must authenticate using your Google account and grant us read-only access to your YouTube data. You agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of the Google account you are connecting.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
• You will not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service or its servers.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our Service at any time without notice if we suspect any violation of these terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The original design, branding, codebase, and algorithms associated with Cooked remain the exclusive property of its creators.

However, you retain full ownership of the generated roast images and text that pertain to your personal data. You are free to share, download, and distribute your personal roast cards across social media and other platforms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

Because the roasts are generated by artificial intelligence, the output can occasionally be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that the roast will always be perfectly accurate to your taste or free of errors. The comedic nature of the Service means the output is intentionally harsh and exaggerated.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cooked or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of use, or emotional distress resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily submitting your music data for the express purpose of receiving a comedic roast.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service relies on the YouTube Data API and third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or policies of these third-party platforms. Your use of the YouTube Data API through our app is also bound by Google's Terms of Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
